Vale Resort Hensol, Hensol

My stay was mostly pleasant, featuring a lovely room that was clean and comfortable, with excellent dining experiences, especially for dinner. However, I did find certain aspects of the hotel lacking, such as the upkeep of the interior and some service issues during breakfast. The overall value was good, particularly with the dinner, bed & breakfast package.

The hotel offers a lovely setting with spacious grounds, making it a pleasant retreat. I really enjoyed the gym facilities and the dining experience was quite delightful. However, I was disappointed with the spa amenities, as they did not meet my expectations for luxury and relaxation, and some areas were a bit difficult to navigate. Overall, it was a nice getaway with some room for improvement.

The Vale Resort offers a luxurious experience with stunning suites and exceptional spa services. I particularly loved the complementary wine and chocolates that made our stay more special. However, the dining was inconsistent, and I found the restaurant a bit too cold, which detracted from the overall dining experience.

We had a lovely stay overall with spacious and comfortable rooms, although the dining experience left something to be desired, especially with the fish and chips we ordered. The service was accommodating and friendly, but some areas of the hotel felt a bit chilly which was disappointing. Still, the layout of the hotel was impressive and the amenities showed great potential.

We had a pleasant experience at the hotel, especially enjoying the spacious and modern rooms overlooking the golf course. The service was exceptional, thanks to Gareth, who went above and beyond for us. However, the dining experience was less satisfying, especially for vegetarians, and some resort facilities seemed to need a bit of attention. Overall, a lovely stay but with room for improvement.
